Wheat salad, delicious vegan recipe!

This wheat salad is one of my favorites, it's very simple and most delicious vegan recipes that I know. The only difficulty in this recipe is that you need to remember to soak the wheat in water six hours before preparing the salad, but it's totally worth it!
1 1/2 cups  Wheat,
1 Red pepper,
½ cup Cranberries,
4 tablespoons Soy sauce,
1 tablespoons Lemon juice,
2 tablespoons Olive oil,
½ cup Pecan Nuts,
¼ cup chopped Parsley,
¼ cup Goji Berry,
¼ cup Green onion,
Soak the wheat for 6 hours with dabel water, after 6 hours cook the wheat for 20 minutes with a enough water to come 2 inches over the wheat.
Cut the red pepper into tiny pieces and after the wheat cools a bit, in a large bowl combine the wheat and all the ingredients all together,
and that's it!
